Our founder, Lee Libby, previously owned Summit Roofing, Franklin County’s largest roofing company, and has extensive experience building cell towers throughout New England and selling homes across the beautiful State of Maine. Our focus shifted back to homebuilding in 2019, marking the beginning of our commitment to crafting exceptional custom homes.
In early 2022, Codie Keene joined our team as project manager and operations manager. With a wealth of experience from Boston, MA, and Portland, ME, Codie has strengthened our capabilities in both commercial and residential construction. Information gathering, process discussion, site visit, introductory meeting, by phone, Zoom, or in person.
Execute a simple time & materials contract to initiate the design & permitting process.
A collaborative exercise in must-haves, needs, and wants. Multiple iterations of floor plans and elevations until the client is satisfied.
A brief review of local codes and ordinances to determine project compliance. A construction estimate is broken down by trade based on historical data and current unit pricing.
Execute a simple Cost-Plus contract and collect a deposit to hold your spot in our schedule.
Build a detailed construction schedule, apply for permits, work through finish selections, pre-order specialty materials, and schedule trades.
